Couples Therapy

"We keep having the same fight over and over and nothing changes."

"Things aren't necessarily bad right now but we want to get back on track so it doesn't get worse."

"Our parents got divorced and we want to make sure that doesn't happen to us... but we don't know how."

"I don't know how we got here but I want to know we tried everything we could before giving up."

If you and your partner are having difficulty navigating conflicts, managing stressors, or experiencing a fulfilling connection, the therapists at Dynamic Healing are here to help you.

Through couples therapy, you can learn to communicate effectively, fight fairer, feel more supported, have fun together, feel closer again, get your needs met, improve intimacy and sexual satisfaction, recapture the relationship you once had and ensure that your bond lasts.

In addition to more traditional couples therapy, we also specialize in support therapy.  Support therapy is helping your loved ones learn how to best support your individual growth and recovery, translating the skills you learn in individual therapy to your home environment.  For example, if one partner is struggling with an eating disorder, grief or trauma, we provide counseling to help guide your partner on how to best support you while you are going through your own growth and healing.

We are an inclusive practice that strongly believes in the importance of diversity, cultural competency, respect and safety.  We provide treatment for relationships of all gender identities, sexual orientations, relationship constellations, and partnerships.

Examples of common concerns we address are:
