Hailey is our little fireball! Here's what you can expect when working with her. Hailey has an amazing ability to be empathetic and intuitive; however, she requires accountability from her clients. She believes that the only way for you to move to the next level of your life is for you to begin to be the one in charge of it. In order to be in charge of your life, you must first believe that you have and have always had a part in your circumstances. Now, that's not to say that you've deliberately made bad decisions, but indecision is a decision, right?
She has a very straight-forward approach that lends itself to solution-focused, short-based resolutions. This means you won't have to come here forever to resolve your issues. She specializes in addiction, anger and legal issues. Once you are working with her, you won't find anyone more dedicated and committed to helping you achieve the results you are looking for in your life. She will work just as hard as you do, helping you to overcome, create and move into your dream life, free from mood altering substances, anger issues or legal issues. She has a great amount of experience working with attorneys, courts and the probation department. She takes her job seriously and therefore, takes your issues on as though they were her own. She will be a strong advocate for you, standing in your corner and fighting for you, whether that's fighting an addiction to save your life, or fighting to help you stay out of jail.
When you come in for your first visit, Hailey will do a complete assessment to gain an in-depth understanding of the circumstances surrounding your life and from there, will develop a customized plan tailored to take you from where you are now in your life to the life that you have envisioned, but haven't been able to achieve. From there, she will work side by side with you, holding you accountable, cheering you on and believing in you.
Hailey will address issues in all areas of your life, not just the specific problem you come in for. Sometimes the reason for our anger or addiction is not so easily understood so we must dig deep and cover all the bases.
