Rates
$225 per 50-minute session

Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider. Nevertheless, my services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• Do those benefits pay for out-of-network services?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services and packages are available on an individual basis. Group therapy, while different from individual therapy, can be equally beneficial, at a reduced cost.

Payment
Cash, check or PayPal accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Exceptions to this are limited to (1) can we find a mutually agreeable time within the same week? and (2) can I fill your space?
