Balanced Intensity is a 9-week program that helps gifted, creative, and high-performing students feel safe while sharing and receiving support in an environment with other independent like-minded peers.

Who Should Join?
- High-performing, creative or gifted kids in middle school or high school or middle/high home-schooled kids.
- High-performing, creative or gifted kids who are enrolled in gifted or advanced placement classes or homeschooled.
- High-performing, creative or gifted kids who experience normal to great levels of stress due to school and other obligations.
- High-performing, creative or gifted kids who are eager to learn and love sharing and connecting with other gifted kids!
Many gifted, creative, and high-performing students grow into young adults who engage in harmful perfectionism due to the high standards that they place on themselves. They struggle with the ongoing fear that they will never be able to live up to the expectations of themselves and others. With coaching and intervention, gifted and high-performing students can find a balance to achieve great things while finding value in themselves through their mistakes and successes.
We are the only program exclusively catered to gifted, creative, and high-performing students that provide live and online group instruction along with individual attention to each student. Our program keeps kids engaged, allows them to learn coping strategies, and provides a safe space to connect with like-minded individuals!
