Being a parent can be tough, especially when your child is struggling with anxiety, challenging behaviors, school-related issues, depression, or traumatic experiences. Knowing what to do and how best to help is hard. Your commitment to caring for your child is commendable! You have recognized your child's need for assistance and are taking the necessary steps to ensure that they receive the help they require. Your actions demonstrate compassion and courage. You should be proud of yourself for being there for your child when they need you the most.

My specialty is working with children and adolescents. I am a Registered Play Therapist™ and a Certified Animal Assisted Play Therapist ®. I use Play Therapy™ and Animal Assisted Play Therapy® to help children overcome the challenges they are facing. I also facilitate social skills and friendship groups. As a specialist, I focus on working with children who are struggling with anxiety, attention deficits, autism spectrum disorder, divorce, school-related difficulties, self-harm, social interactions or skills, suicidal thoughts, and trauma. I strongly believe in maintaining regular communication with parents/guardians to offer and receive feedback, sharing strategies, and making adjustments to best meet your family's needs.

I'm here to offer my support. Your family deserves more good days and fewer stressful ones. I'm looking forward to discussing the options that might work best for you.
