Bridget is passionate about creating a therapeutic alliance with her clients and providing a safe, non-judgmental space, caring for individuals in their most vulnerable setting and genuinely walking through difficulties together. She believes in the power of feeling heard and seen, and is committed to the idea that every person's strength can and will be the catalyst in finding hope and healing. Each client will be met where they are at, and given the tools necessary in moving forward, and beyond therapy. Bridget's counseling approach is centered around cognitive therapy, utilizing strength-based and process-oriented modalities. Bridget specializes in anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss, and stress management.
