I strive to provide quality counseling services to all patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only my providers, but my other patients, as well. Please read the policies below to learn more about my cancellation policies. Kindly understand.
Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are reserving a space in my calendar that my other patients cannot get. So to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call me as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, please call me three to five days in advance. So please notify me as soon as you can so that another patient can fill in and receive my services.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call my clinic at 336-212-0159 . If necessary, you can choose to leave a detailed voicemail message. I will make sure to get to your call as soon as I can.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than an hour before your assigned appointment. Additionally, a no-show is when you miss an appointment without canceling your scheduled time. On the other hand, for first appointments for first-time patients, a no-show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new patient fee.
Should you have further questions regarding the cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to call me at 336-212-0159 .
