The Enso
The Enso says "free your mind!" It is created by hand in one brush stroke to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create. The Enso symbolizes the beauty in imperfection, strength, elegance, compassion and absolute enlightenment. Much like the therapy process, the act of drawing the enso requires focused attention and a willingness to let go of preconceived ideas about the outcome. In psychotherapy, clients may be encouraged to explore and release attachments to past traumas, unhelpful thought patterns, or harmful behaviors. This process can lead to personal growth and the development of healthier coping mechanisms.
