$160 per 50-minute individual therapy session with Cary Scott
$75+ per LPC associates 50-minute individual therapy session (may vary depending of special pricing offered)
$175 per 50-minute couples therapy session with Cary Scott (pricing varies depending on clinician)
$80-$120 per 50-minute coaching session with Derrick Scott (may vary depending on special pricing offered)
$30-$45 per 50 minute session with graduate student interns (may vary depending on special pricing offered)
Insurance Panels In-network (NOTE: not all clinicians are in-network providers. Be sure to inquire with your provider when scheduling an appointment. Life coaches are unable to accept insurance.)

While your clinician may be out-of-network for insurance plans, they may assist you in making claims with your insurance company. In some cases out of network claims can be submitted through our office office. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- If using EAP what is my authorization number, how many sessions are approved, and what is the expiration date?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis with interns and associates.
Payment
Cash, Health Savings Account, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. We kindly ask you to please be respectful of your therapist's time and the needs of others who are waiting for services.
