Thoughts:

  • Emptiness or hopelessness about the future


Behaviors:

  • Isolating yourself from others
  • Having problems getting to sleep or staying asleep
  • Avoiding places & people that remind you of your loss
  • Staying excessively busy to avoid thinking about deceased loved one
