Rates
$100 per hour $25 for each additional 15 minutes $25 additional charge for evening appointments 6pm and after. I no longer accept Insurance.
Payment
Cash or check are accepted for office sessions. Pay Pal and all major credit cards are accepted for online payment.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
