Rebekah Taylor, LCSW provides psychotherapy utilizing EMDR, CBT, CPT, Brainspotting. Other common modalities used by Rebekah are person centered, holistic, and mindfulness theory approaches. Rebekah also specializes in modalities for Trauma treatment. Eye Movement Desensitizing Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Rebekah has completed training through Unyte for the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) an application for Polyvagal Theory created by Stephen Porges.

Rebekah has been trained in EMDR and Brainspotting with over 150 hours combined education in efforts to provide best practice for those who are in need of trauma informed care. In addition, Rebekah has completed training on Parts Work, Ego State and dissociation from state of the art leaders: Sandra Paulsen, PH.D., EMDR Chicago, Farnsworth Lobenstine and Shirley Jean Schmidt. This type of training is essential when dealing with trauma, EMDR and Brainspotting to ensure we provide best practice to those we are serving. Currently, Rebekah is enrolled in IFSCA, Structured Dissociation and more to continue her development in trauma informed care.

Rebekah Taylor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Rebekah has Masters Degree in Social Work and over 20 years of  Master Social Work experience and over 18 years in grassroots social work. Rebekah utilizes  a compassionate and non-judgmental therapy approach that emphasizes your personal autonomy.

Populations Rebekah works well with are adults, women, veterans and seniors. Rebekah is best suited to work with those who are experiencing stress/anxiety, chronic health concerns, trauma, and adjustment issues to life/family situations.

The modalities of therapy Rebekah typically utilizes are Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Braingspotting,  Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Person Centered, Mindfulness and a Holistic approach.
