Dennis is the owner of and primary instructor at Certified Hypnotherapy Training School. His innovative Spiritual Mind Management hypnotherapy techniques change lives. Because he first experienced hypnotherapy as a life-changing event, he wants to extend to both his clients and his students the opportunity for a similar experience.

Dennis grew up in Roy, Utah. He had 38 year Contracting and Sales career with three national companies.

His personal interests revolve around his 11 children and their families (35 grandchildren to date). They enjoy Sunday dinners among other family activities. Dennis serves in church responsibilities and enjoys golfing, camping, fishing, gardening, and yard work. He has a love of horses, dogs, and animals in general and spends time with his horse Sonny.

“I’m just an old cowboy in a suit who has learned how to do a few things. But what I do, I have learned to do well. I’ve been willing to experiment with hypnotherapy processes and develop new protocols that are simple to understand and easy to use. You will help your clients achieve wonderful results as you apply these processes in your hypnotherapy sessions.”

As a contract clinical hypnotherapist at Advanced Health Clinic, Dennis does both individual sessions of clinical hypnotherapy and small group training sessions in his ground-breaking Spiritual Mind Management techniques. His desire is to share what he has learned in 25 years of clinical hypnotherapy work.

He is known for encouraging his students to get out of the observer’s chair:

“We need hypnotherapists who are willing to get in and do their own work first and learn hypnosis from the inside out. You don’t learn this work from a book; you learn it best from the results you achieve personally by experiencing it yourself as you apply it to your own problems and desired changes.”

Craig Bickmore

Craig Bickmore

Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, CHTS Board Member, and Guest Instructor

Expertise: Craig is a “Thought Dynamics” trainer and educator. He teaches a version of it to auto dealers that is called, “Dealer Mind Management”. He is a professional presenter and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Craig is currrently (2014) serving as President of the Utah Board of the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (A.C.H.E.) – Rocky Mountain Division. Students at Certified Hypnosis Training School (CHTS) enjoy listening to him share his wealth of personal experiences with hypnotherapy. His personal journey includes having used self-hypnosis to eliminate psychosomatically-induced symptoms that caused irritable bowel syndrome and hay fever.

Craig grew up in Cedar City, Utah. He served a mission to California for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, then attended what is now Southern Utah University. There he met and married the love of his life, Lori. They are the parents of six children.

Craig and Dennis attended hypnotherapy school together (1990 – 1991), and they have been close friends ever since. As co-author of Spiritual Mind Management, he helps Dennis explain the new mental skills that helped Craig use hypnotherapy to change his personal life and the lives of his family members.

Craig received an MBA in business administration from Utah State University. He has long been employed with one of Utah’s finest trades associations, giving him the opportunity to work with various members of the Utah State legislature and with both state and federal regulatory agencies. He currently serves as the co-chair of the American Cancer Society Advisory Board of Utah and is actively involved in the fight to eliminate cancer.

For over twenty years, one of Craig’s greatest passions has been the development of the practice of hypnotherapy in Utah. He works diligently at educating others about the benefits of trance hypnotherapy, helping people to understand that hypnosis can be an effective and powerful tool in overcoming life’s challenges and concerns.

He knows that the basis of climbing upward in the self-improvement process is about focusing and re-focusing on what you want, thus eliminating the obstacles that impede personal progress, regardless of whether those obstacles are self-caused or arise from outside circumstances. He has successfully overcome many of his own life challenges by implementing the principles of hypnosis that he now teaches to others.

“If you want to make significant gains in your life that are geometric in nature, take the required time to learn and practice the principles of self-hypnosis. It will get you where you want to go faster than anything else I have ever experienced. After all, what do you have to lose except a few bad habits or a non-productive belief or two?”
