Sliding Scale: $110-$300 per 60-minute session
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance I am an off panel provider for some insurances but in general i do not accept insurance- its private pay. If you have a PPO im happy to give you a monthly statement that you can submit for reimbursement but you need to check with your insurance company on this.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
* Will the insurance company reimburse you if you use an off panel provider?
* Do i have a PPO or HMO plan?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Cash, check and most major credit cards accepted for payment.
