I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and LPC-S, and I have been in private practice for many years with over 25 years mental health experience. My Counseling/ Coaching practice is open to individuals, adults, and young adults. I have experience working with Counseling/ Life Coaching, goal setting, depression, anxiety, education and study skills as well as I am expanding services to include post bariatric success counseling and Women 40+ and older life changes. My philosophy has always been to treat the whole person, not just the issue at hand. I am low key, and take an honest approach to client issues. My role is to help clients, learn to help themselves, and problem solve together.
