What motivates you to work hard?
The fact that we as humans have the capability to change lives for the better. In my opinion, there is nothing more rewarding than helping someone recognize the potential they have, and putting that into action.
What would you sing at a karaoke night?
Definitely some form of a Taylor Swift song.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Anywhere by the ocean. There’s something so therapeutic about the salt air and sound of the waves.
Does your family have a “motto” - spoken or unspoken?
As said by my father, “If God wants.” Although this is something he may say in a joking manner at times, I find this to be a reminder to let go of the things we cannot control in life, and to take each moment one step at a time.
What was your first job?
My first “real” job was working in an Ice Cream Parlor when I was in 8th grade. Previous to that I used to walk dogs.
What was your favorite subject in school?
Aside from psychology, my favorite class in high school was my senior year forensics class. I found this to be such an interesting subject and my teacher played a huge role in making the class an amazing experience.
Do you like or dislike surprises? Why or why not?
I personally love surprises (if they are positive of course!). I am someone who is pretty analytical, so it can be difficult for me to be surprised. So if there ever is a situation that I am pleasantly surprised by, I really appreciate and enjoy that.
