Counselors are W-2 Employees with Competitive Fee Split Commission Payments.
Why is this important? Many private practice settings 1099 their counselors. This means you will be responsible for the entire Social Security and Medicare payments on your income which is currently 15.4%. At Alliance we believe it is right for the counseling office to pay their fair share of the Social Security and Medicare benefits. This is a savings of 7.7% for you.

Yearly CEU reimbursements. We will reimburse up to $250.00 per calendar year upon completion of the classes.
Dedicated On Site Staff. This is an important difference maker in our office. You will be able to talk to one of our staff whenever a need or situation arises. Many offices outsource phone answering and billing, not at Alliance. We want to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
No Charge Supervision. If you are not fully licensed, we do not charge for supervision. It is provided. If you are fully licensed, attendance to our supervision counts for up to 8 hours of your CEU’s during a licensure cycle.
Employer Health Insurance for Full Time Counselors. Our full time counselors enjoy 50% of their health insurance paid for through our office. This is also a pretax plan so that is an additional savings on your part.
Starting pay of $16.00 for Administrative Staff
Starting Pay of $35/Session for LSW/LPC Counselor
Salary Range for LCSW/LCPC
Part-Time W2 Employee- 50% Fee Split
750 Sessions/Year $40k - +$42k
Full Time W2 Employee - 55% Fee Split
1300 Sessions/Year - Starting at $75,625
