Hi, I’m Raul — a licensed therapist, husband, dad of two little girls, and someone who truly gets how hard it can be to feel overwhelmed by your thoughts.
I help teens and adults navigate anxiety, overthinking, low self-worth, and all the emotional weight that comes with trying to hold everything together. Using a practical, down-to-earth approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), my goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life again.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, I’m proud to support the Latinx community and individuals from all walks of life with culturally sensitive care that meets you where you are. Whether you’re navigating personal struggles, parenting challenges, or just trying to show up as your best self, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me enjoying the little things — coloring with my kids, watching family movies, getting lost in a good self-growth article, or having real, meaningful conversations with the people I love most.
I bring that same care and connection into my work with clients. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and supported — and that’s exactly what I aim to provide.
If you’re looking for someone who brings both clinical skill and real-life understanding to the table, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Raul works under the supervision of Deanna Watson, LCSW.
