Insurance
I am a participating provider with some health insurerance plans. Please call me for specifics. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have Behavioral Health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is pre-approval required?
Out of Network / Private Pay Rates
Individual psychotherapy: $150 per 50-minute session
Marriage Counseling: $300 per 90 minute session
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a case by case basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment at the time services are rendered.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session.
