issues. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) are both effective treatments for trauma. I
also use other energy psychology methods, mindfulness and nature therapy to
guide you toward healing and personal growth.
