I offer integrative mental health counseling services online through secure video call system to Minnesota residents and Oregon residents.
Advantages of online counseling:
Economy of time and money. There is no need to go anywhere. All you need is your computer or smartphone and internet connection.
Access from anywhere. There is no need to be in a certain location to receive services. I can work with Minnesota and Oregon residents within the US and anyone outside of the US.
Security. Services are provided through a secure HIPAA compliant system in order to protect your privacy and confidentiality.
Unusual appointment times could be available upon request.
Some of the limitations of online counseling:
The necessity to have access to technology (computer or smartphone) and understanding of how to use it.
The internet quality needs to be stable enough with minimum download speed of 3Mbps and minimum upload speed of 384Kbps.
It is desirable to have headphones with microphone to ensure higher level of privacy.

Policies
Service:
Your initial visit will consist of a 90 minute intake interview. At the end of the initial interview,
we will discuss recommendations and a treatment plan. If I am unable to provide services to you,
I will assist you with a referral. Following the initial intake, therapy sessions are 55 minutes in length.
Fees:
Intake Interview $150
Individual Psychotherapy or Family/Couples Psychotherapy $100
Check, cash, credit cards, FSA, HSA are accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
Late cancellation fee: 100$ if you cancel within 24 hours before the time of the appointment.
150$ fee for a no-show without any notice.
